The main structural features of the 2BE series liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors manufactured by our company are as follows:

◆ All bearings adopt original imported models, ensuring precise positioning of the impeller and high operational stability of the BE series vacuum pumps during operation.

◆ All impellers are made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, which fully guarantees the stability of pump impellers under various harsh working conditions and greatly extends the service life of the 2BE series vacuum pumps.

◆ The pump body is entirely fabricated from steel plates to improve the service life of the 2BE series vacuum pumps. As one of the most vulnerable wearing parts, all shaft sleeves of 2BE series pumps are made of high-chromium stainless steel, with a service life 5 times longer than that of ordinary materials.

◆ For belt drive configuration, standard high-precision taper bushing pulleys are adopted, featuring reliable operation, easy disassembly and long belt service life.

◆ For direct-coupled drive configuration, standard high-strength flexible couplings are equipped, with polyurethane elastic components to ensure stable, reliable operation and prolonged service life.

◆ The uniquely top-mounted gas-water separator saves installation space and effectively reduces operating noise. All castings are produced by resin sand casting with excellent surface finish.
