2X Series Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

The 2X series are the most widely used basic vacuum generation equipment in China. A limiting partial pressure of 6×10⁻² Pa can be achieved when used alone, and high vacuum with a large pumping speed can be obtained when serving as a backing pump for other pumps. They are not suitable for pumping corrosive, high-oxygen, flammable or explosive gases.They are also not suitable for long-term pumping of atmospheric air or particulate gases.With a gas ballast device, a moderate amount of condensable gases can be pumped. When the content of condensable gases is high, the vacuum level will decrease and oil changes will be required more frequently.The pump is permitted for long-term continuous operation under ambient temperatures of 5~40℃ and inlet pressure lower than 1330 Pa.The continuous operating time of the pump at an inlet pressure above 6000 Pa shall not exceed 3 minutes to avoid pump damage caused by oil spray or insufficient lubrication.
