DC type boiler feed pump/DCF type corrosion-resistant pump

This series of pumps are single suction, multistage, segmented centrifugal pumps. The maximum temperature of the conveying liquid is 130℃.The flow rate range is 3.5 to 130 m'/h, and the head range is 60 to 100 m. It is mainly used for boiler feed water in medium and small thermal power plants, and can also be used for occasions that require small flow and high lift. It the characteristics of good structural rigidity, stable operation and long service life.

The DCF type corrosion- resistant pump is a variant product of the DC type pump, suitable conveying corrosive mine water in mines. it can also be used to transport oil products.

The shaft seal of the pump adopts soft packing seal, which can also be to mechanical seal.

Manufacturing materials for main parts: water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, guide vane, etc. - ordinary cast iron, ile iron or stainless steel; impeller - ductile iron or stainless steel; friction parts of the balancing device - welded wear- resistant materials; shaft - carbon steel or stainless.
